Unlimited Members
1. Membership Agreement
By purchasing a membership with The Spot Pilates LLC (“Studio”), the member (“Member”) agrees to the following terms and conditions governing recurring membership services, scheduling, cancellation policies, and participation in studio activities.
2. Membership Billing and Auto-Renewal
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the membership plan selected at the time of purchase. By enrolling in a membership, Member authorizes The Spot Pilates LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until the membership is canceled in accordance with these terms.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, a minimum of seven (7) days written notice prior to the next billing date is required.
If cancellation notice is provided fewer than seven (7) days before the next billing date, the upcoming billing cycle will be processed and the membership will remain active until the end of that billing period.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@thespotpilates.com or through The Spot Pilates LLC’s official membership management platform.
Member is responsible for managing their membership, including class usage and timely cancellation, and agrees that failure to cancel in accordance with the seven (7) day notice policy does not warrant refunds or chargebacks.
4. Class Scheduling and Availability
Membership provides access to classes offered by The Spot Pilates LLC, subject to availability and scheduling.
The Spot Pilates LLC does not guarantee the availability of specific classes, instructors, time slots, or reservation access. Class schedules may change at any time due to instructor availability, operational needs, holidays, maintenance, or other business considerations.
The Spot Pilates LLC reserves the right to modify class offerings, schedules, instructors, class formats, or capacity limits at its sole discretion.
Membership fees are not adjusted or refunded due to scheduling changes or class availability.
5. Reservations, Late Cancellation, and No-Shows
Members may reserve classes through The Spot Pilates LLC’s scheduling system.
The Spot Pilates LLC may implement late cancellation and no-show policies, including fees or temporary reservation restrictions, to ensure fair access to classes for all members.
Specific policies and fees may be updated periodically and will be communicated through the booking platform or official website.
6. Membership Freeze
The Spot Pilates LLC may offer membership freeze or pause options at its discretion. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing and approved by The Spot Pilates LLC. Additional terms or administrative fees may apply.
7. Studio Policies and Code of Conduct
Members agree to follow all policies of The Spot Pilates LLC, including safety instructions, class etiquette, and instructor guidance. The Spot Pilates LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or violates studio policies.
8. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Participation in Pilates classes involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, Member voluntarily assumes all risks related to exercise and the use of equipment provided by The Spot Pilates LLC.
Member agrees that The Spot Pilates LLC, including its owners, employees, instructors, and representatives, shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in classes except where prohibited by law.
Members are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
9. Policy Changes
The Spot Pilates LLC reserves the right to modify membership policies, pricing, scheduling procedures, and operational policies at any time. Updated policies will be communicated through the website, booking system, or email.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing or using a membership with The Spot Pilates LLC, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms and Conditions.
11. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
Member agrees that by purchasing a membership with The Spot Pilates LLC, they are authorizing recurring charges in accordance with the membership terms selected at the time of purchase.
In the event of a billing concern or dispute, Member agrees to contact The Spot Pilates LLC directly to resolve the matter prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.
If a Member initiates a chargeback or payment dispute for charges that are valid under these Membership Terms and Conditions, The Spot Pilates LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Member’s access to classes, services, and booking privileges until the matter is resolved.
Member further agrees that any unpaid balances resulting from a chargeback, disputed transaction, reversed payment, or returned payment may be re-billed to the payment method on file or may require payment before future services or memberships are permitted.
If a chargeback is filed and later determined to be invalid or inconsistent with these membership terms, The Spot Pilates LLC reserves the right to recover the original membership fee, any applicable processing fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses permitted by law.
By maintaining an active membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees to these payment dispute terms.
8x Members
1. Membership Agreement

Memberships with The Spot Pilates LLC are billed on a recurring monthly basis and include up to eight (8) classes per billing cycle.
By enrolling in a membership, Member authorizes The Spot Pilates LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file each billing cycle until canceled in accordance with these terms.
All classes must be used within the applicable billing cycle. Unused classes expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over, transfer, or carry forward for any reason. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, a minimum of seven (7) days written notice prior to the next billing date is required.
If cancellation notice is received fewer than seven (7) days before the next billing date, the upcoming billing cycle will be processed, and the Member will retain access to up to eight (8) classes during that final billing period.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@thespotpilates.com or through The Spot Pilates LLC’s official membership management platform.

Class schedules are released on a monthly basis and may vary from month to month. Members are responsible for booking classes once the schedule is made available.
The Spot Pilates LLC does not guarantee availability of classes, instructors, or time slots, and access to classes is not guaranteed.
Unused classes expire at the end of each billing cycle and will not be refunded, credited, or extended due to scheduling conflicts, inability to book, or failure to attend.
5. Reservations, Late Cancellation, and No-Shows
Members may reserve classes using available class credits within their billing cycle.
If a Member cancels late or fails to attend a scheduled class, the class credit will be forfeited. No additional fees will be charged.
Class credits are considered used once a reservation is not canceled in accordance with the Studio’s cancellation window.
11. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy (Final Version)
Member acknowledges that the 8x/month membership provides access to a limited number of classes per billing cycle and operates on a use-it-or-lose-it basis.
Failure to use available classes, inability to attend scheduled classes, or dissatisfaction with scheduling availability does not relieve Member of their obligation to pay membership fees.
All recurring charges are valid unless canceled in accordance with the seven (7) day notice requirement, and unused classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
